Last year, AtJazz (aka Martin Iveson) released his second album Labfunk. In collaboration with jazz musician Pete Wraight, whose credits also include work with Herbert and Charles Webster, the album received an enormous amount of praise and respect for its superb production and arrangements.

Labfunk's three singles, "Harmony", "Touch The Sun", and "It's Complete" have been big favorites with DJ's worldwide. In choosing the remixers to rework his original tracks, Iveson picked the people he himself respects, making for some interesting and exciting interpretations.

Labresults is a collection of the best of the best of these remixes plus 3 brand new AtJazz tracks and 2 new mixes commissioned especially for this release. The album includes the previously released mixes from Couch Records' Dzihan & Kamien, Flower Records' boss Little Big Bee, Versatile boys' Chateau Flight (aka DJ Gilb'r and I:Cube), Phil Parnell (Herbert/Soundslike/Mantis), and King Britt. In addition to these mixes, fellow Mantis labelmate Brooks has twisted "Day 2001" as only he can and Dixon from Berlin's Sonar Kollektiv has reworked the beautiful "Harmony."

Exclusive to Labresults are the fantastic new AtJazz productions "Witch Bender", "Rain Angel" and "The Walk Home", plus the album also features "Wrong Type Of Day", a track that was only previously available on Compost Records' compilation Future Sound of Jazz 8.

Presently, Iveson is composing the soundtrack to the new Tomb Raider game with the London Symphony Orchestra (Iveson's day job is making music for video games - he did the music for the last Tomb Raider game) before diving headlong into writing the third AtJazz album later this year.
