Vine is located in
Hollywood at 1235 Vine just South of Fountain (which is
just South of Sunset Blvd., on the West side of Vine
across from Office Depot). Vine is a great little intimate
spot with a bar area, a small dance floor and an upstairs
chill-out room with tons of bean bags and pillows. They
serve food such as fondue and jerk burgers until midnight.
Their bar serves wine, bear and creative Soju drinks.
When publicity company Green
Galactic wears the hat of promoter/event producer they're
often known for presenting live, experimental electronic
shows under club names such as Twine or Public Space. But
their new club, Green House promotes their other musical
passion - great House and Techno for the dancefloor (!).
Each week special guest DJs will grace the decks along
with Green House Record Pool members from 9:00pm until
1:00 (or later) am.
The oldest branch of Green Galactic
is their beloved record pool "Green House." They've named
the club after the pool to commemorate 10 years of running
their little Green empire (6/14/93) :-).
