Daedelus is the super-ego of LA-based experimentalist Alfred Weisberg-Roberts, whose implosive sound will soon be household as nuclear power. Drawing from influences as diverse as Charles Mingus, Satie and the entire 4AD roster, Daedelus creates soundscapes for bedroom rockers and dancefloor savants. In addition to his a full-length album, Her's is > [sic], on Phthalo recordings, Daedelus has also released on AtomCandy’s Midem sampler, as well as two tracks on an upcoming compilation from Dublab.com/Emperor Norton Records, and will appear on a future Tigerbeat6 compilation.
